Lets start this summer cleanse:

HI! first I just wanted to say "HI" to all my new followers and just express how glad I am you are here and how much your support has meant to me! I have LOVED getting to talk to you guys, read all the messages ive gotten, and connect with more people. Its been a crazy couple of weeks, getting back to people and trying to make more fitness/health content!

SO I figured I would start out with a summer cleanse for us to all do together! over the next week I am going to be posting a TikTok every day what I will be eating for the day to keep myself, and you accountable! Be sure to comment what you ate, or let me know any ideas you have for meals that I can add!!

This cleanse for me is to really shed off those few lbs ive put on during this quarantine. Its been hard to try to stay active most of the day when I don't have things to do work on or do, but its time to start making goals for each day, and get rid of all that toxic junk food out of the body! Let's get that summer body in quarantine!!


Day 1 Today: I am going to be eating

- a green juice:

I make this in my juicer. Ill link one below I got from amazon


- it has 1 green apple

- piece of ginger

- hand full of spinach

- slice of pineapple

- 2 stalks of celery


Lunch: chicken salad

- romain

- red onion

-feta cheese

- chicken from a rotisserie chicken

- Olive Garden green dressing (light)


snack:

- Trimino water

- half and apple w/ peanut butter


Dinner:

-teriyaki shrimp

- edamame


This is day ones lay out. Feel free to switch in your own snacks and recipes!


Todays workout:

- today I am going to be doing Bailey Brown workouts from her online studio. I am going to be focusing on the abs and inner thighs today! Let me know what workout your going to do today!

DAY 2:


Food for the day:

  • green juice from juicer (apple, slice pineapple, spinach, ginger, celery)

  • snack: strawberries & light and fit green yogurt

  • lunch: salad with chicken

  • snack: half protein bar. (cliff builders bar)

  • dinner: salmon foil packs (recipe linked in weight loss journey blog)

Workout of the day:

- full body workout by Bailey Brown HIIT

  • 2-3 mile run

  • cool down/stretch

Breakfast:

- a green juice:

- prepped chicken and broccoli

snack:

- carrots and strawberries

Day 4:


Breakfast:

- coffee no cream


Lunch: chicken salad

- romain

- red onion

-feta cheese

- chicken from a rotisserie chicken

- Olive Garden green dressing (light)


snack:

- carrots and strawberries

- trimino water


Dinner:

Chicken Bowl

  • 2 mile run W/ Bailey Brown booty and ab workout.


 

Day 5:


Breakfast:

- green juice from juicer (apple, slice pineapple, spinach, ginger, celery)


Lunch: chicken salad

- romain

- red onion

- Olive Garden green dressing (light)


snack:

- carrots and watermelon

- trimino water

-Light and fit yogurt (strawberry cheesecake)


Dinner:

Day 6:


Breakfast:

Lunch: chicken & Broccoli

Day 7: LAST DAY

Dinner:

- Grilled Chicken and sweet potato

Thanks for following along on this week long cleanse! I ended up losing a little over 3 lbs!! Keep In mind alot of this was water weight and initial loss. I will probably have averaged about 2 lbs once my body catches up!

I love doing these cleanses once a month to really get rid of the toxins in my body and refuel.
